GeoPura designs and implements decarbonised energy services using zero-emission fuels. GeoPura has a particular interest in developing fuel cell power generation products, low-carbon hydrogen production, and hydrogen carrier technologies and methods. Working in partnership with Siemens Energy to provide this delivery of renewable, zero-emission energy, GeoPura is growing at a significant pace. With experience in providing zero-emissions power to a wide range of industries – from construction to film and TV production, to outdoor events – GeoPura harnesses hydrogen technology to generate and distribute the vast amount of clean energy required for widespread decarbonisation. GeoPura is seeking a HR Coordinator to join their expanding team:
Responsibilities:
- Starter and leaver administration
- Co-ordinate induction days
- Assist with payroll administration
- Administer employee benefits
- Book training courses
- Send and respond to reference requests
- Assist with administration around policy updates
- Assist with HR content for the company Intranet
- Raise purchase orders for the department
- Day-to-day administration support for employees
- Deliver internal training sessions
Desirable Experience:
- Experience in administration or customer service
- Experience using a payroll administration system
- Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with all levels of staff in a professional and friendly manner
- Excellent attention to detail
- CIPD (Level 3)
