Executive PA

GeoPura’s mission is to enable the production, transport and use of zero emission fuels with innovative and commercially viable technology to decarbonise our global economy. The Company have created and are delivering a real game-changer in terms of powering our planet without fossil fuels and are enabling organisations to reduce emissions and work towards net-zero. 

GeoPura has particular interest in developing fuel cell, green hydrogen production and hydrogen carrier technologies and methods. GeoPura are working in partnership with Siemens Energy to provide this delivery of renewable, zero emission energy at a large and significant scale. With experience in providing zero-emissions power to a wide range of industries – from construction to film and TV production, to outdoor events – GeoPura harnesses hydrogen technology to generate and distribute the vast amount of energy required to decarbonise our global economies. Current clients of GeoPura include Netflix, BBC, HS2 and Polestar EV cars.

Following significant Series A investment, bringing in world class partners such as General Motors, Siemens Energy, Barclays capital and SWEN Capital partners, GeoPura are now seeking a PA to assist the Executive Team with their day-day duties.

Typical responsibilities will include:

  • Manage and schedule board and management meetings
  • Prepare and distribute agenda, take minutes and actions at monthly meetings
  • Manage Outlook calendars, including arranging meetings, booking meeting rooms and ensuring that supporting documents are provided in advance
  • Arrange Zoom and Teams calls
  • Liaise with and booking external venues for off-site meetings and facilitate the day of the event
  • Liaise with external providers in terms of catering for meetings, where appropriate
  • Understand the C-Suite’s tasks, projects and maintain a ‘To Do’ list
  • Answer incoming letters and produce routine replies to correspondence, scanning to the appropriate filing systems where applicable
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for the CEO and Execs where required
  • Arrange induction meetings with department managers for new members of staff
  • Provide administrative support to HR and Finance & Planning meetings, including arrangements, agendas, notes and progressing actions as directed

Who we are looking for:

This role is for a person who has proven PA experience, operates with high levels of discretion, professionalism, and resilience. The right candidate will also possess a diplomatic personality with the ability to communicate with employees of all levels, acting with integrity and  proficiency in Microsoft applications is desired, previous experience taking minutes is also preferable.
